Today we are going to start a new unit, but we are not going to follow the book. The new unit is called "INVENTIONS".

Here you have a poster that I created using "CANVA" (I love this webpage) about some of my favourite inventions.

What do you have to do for next week? I want you to think about all the inventions during history, and I want you to tell me YOUR FAVOURITE INVENTION.

You will have to investigate this invention:

- When was it created?

-Who created the invention?

- What is it for?

- Why is it so important for you?

You can choose ANYTHING you want. For example: in my opinion, the best invention is GOOGLE MAPS because I use it every time I drive my car.

You can do a PowerPoint presentation, a poster, a word document, a writing in your notebook... feel free.

¿Qué tenéis que hacer para la semana que viene? Quiero que penséis en todos los inventos que han habido durante la historia y que me digáis cuál es VUESTRO INVENTO FAVORITO. Puede ser cualquier cosa, aquello que más útil os resulte.
Tendréis que hacer una pequeña investigación sobre este invento

- When was it created? ¿Cuándo se creó?

-Who created the invention? ¿Quién lo creó?

- What is it for? ¿Para qué sirve?

- Why is it so important for you? ¿Por qué es tan importante para ti?

Podéis elegir cualquier cosa que queráis. Por ejemplo: para mi, el mejor invento es el GOOGLE MAPS porque lo uso cada vez que voy en coche.

Podéis hacer una presentación de PowerPoint, un póster, un documento de word, escribirlo en vuestra libreta... podéis hacerlo como mejor os venga.
